Relationship Manager

Overview

We are currently seeking a Relationship Manager to join Lakshya Invest in Alandi, Pune. This role primarily focuses on acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients by providing expert guidance on various investment products.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new clients while nurturing relations with existing customers.
• Provide advisory support on Demat accounts, Mutual Funds, SIPs, Equity, IPOs, Bonds, and other investment avenues.
• Understand clients' investment needs to recommend suitable products aligning with their goals.
• Ensure exceptional customer service through consistent follow-ups.
• Plan and execute strategies to accomplish sales targets.
• Actively participate in client meetings, seek referrals, and contribute to business development efforts.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates from any stream; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Preference given to candidates with experience in sales, banking, insurance, or financial services sectors.
• Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English communication is mandatory.
• Knowledge of MS Office and ability to use a smartphone efficiently.
• Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle is an advantage.
