Besides events, MADE Hoops also engages in commercial ventures involving merchandise, brand partnerships, housing, scouting, content, and digital marketing.
Role Overview
The team is recruiting a dedicated, detail-focused, and customer-oriented Registration Intern to assist in delivering a smooth check-in and registration process, offering excellent service to program directors, coaches, and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and confirm accurate data for players and coaches within the registration system.
- Address basic technical issues in the registration platform.
- Manage inquiries related to registration procedures, fees, and criteria through phone, email, and live communication promptly and professionally.
- Welcome attendees at event registration desks, oversee check-in lines, and provide guidance about events and venues when onsite.
- Handle customer concerns empathetically, escalating complex problems to senior personnel as required.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
The position is targeted at college students or recent graduates passionate about sports, possessing strong communication abilities and a high level of self-motivation and work ethic.
Work Terms and Compensation
The role lasts from September to November 2026. It requires approximately 15 hours of commitment per week, Monday to Friday, and is primarily remote with possible travel to event locations. Compensation includes college credit for current students and is unpaid for recent graduates.
