About Prenuvo

At Prenuvo, our goal is to revolutionize healthcare by shifting from reactive treatment to proactive health management. We offer an award-winning whole-body MRI scan that is swift (under 1 hour), safe (no ionizing radiation), and non-invasive (without contrast agents). Our distinctive integration of hardware, software, and AI creates a patient-centered experience across our domestic and international clinics, positioning us as pioneers in early disease detection.

Our mission is to change how patients participate in preventative medicine by providing clarity, empathy, and connection throughout their radiology journey. Our team innovates clinical operations by embedding software, automation, and AI to scale meaningful patient-centric care.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Registered Nurse Navigator for a full-time fixed-term contract (22 weeks) covering a leave of absence. This remote role, based in the United States within Prenuvo's registered locations, blends direct patient interaction with internal collaboration to enhance care delivery. Flexibility to work across US time zones (EDT, CDT, MDT, PDT) is necessary. Sponsorship for work visas is not available; applicants must be authorized to work in the US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact patients to guide them throughout the Prenuvo experience.
  • Perform pre-scan assessments and address patient inquiries with empathy and clarity.
  • Educate patients on procedural expectations, preparation steps, and follow-up actions.
  • Provide clinical guidance and emotional support as needed, escalating cases to nurse practitioners or physicians appropriately.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, clinical, and support teams to highlight patient needs and surface workflow inefficiencies.
  • Contribute insights toward improving internal processes and participate in quality and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Accurately document patient interactions while adhering to privacy and clinical standards.
  • Coordinate with medical group members to ensure smooth patient care transitions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Active compact state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Full-time availability during standard business hours.
  • At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience—preferably in ambulatory care, radiology, oncology, or concierge healthcare.
  • Minimum 2 years of remote nursing experience additional to clinical background.
  • Certifications related to radiology and/or oncology nursing.
  • Strong skills in patient communication, education, and relationship building via phone and video.
  • Proven experience working collaboratively within healthcare or digital health teams.
  • Ability to excel in dynamic startup environments, managing ambiguity and iterative work.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Proficiency with clinical software, telehealth platforms, and productivity tools.
  • Strong systems thinking mindset with enthusiasm for continuous process enhancement.
  • Compassionate and calm demeanor, dedicated to patient-centered care.
  • Passion for Prenuvo's vision and eagerness to contribute to innovative healthcare solutions.

Preferred Additional Skills

  • Previous involvement in digital health or remote patient support roles.
  • Experience in clinical project management or healthcare operations.
  • Familiarity with MRI safety procedures and imaging workflow.
  • Certification in MRI technology, such as ARRT credentials.
  • Advanced education or training in healthcare quality management or administration.

Company Values

  • Pioneering Spirit: We challenge traditional healthcare with innovative thinking, experimentation, and resilience.
  • Platform Building: We design foundation systems that enable continual progress and success.
  • Patient Focus: Our work centers on positively impacting patients' lives, driven by empathy and service.

Benefits and Additional Information

  • Opportunity to influence positive health outcomes and empower patients.
  • Access to growth and development pathways within a high-impact environment.
  • Regular team engagements fostering connection and collaboration.
  • Hourly pay ranging from $43 to $46 USD based on experience and location.
  • Equal opportunity employment embracing diversity without discrimination.
  • Background checks conducted as part of the hiring process following applicable laws.
