Regional Delivery Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Regional Delivery Manager to oversee and enhance our delivery operations across the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing route planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure prompt and efficient delivery services that meet defined performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and refine delivery operations, including route planning and scheduling to optimize resource use.
• Guarantee timely product deliveries to customers, adhering to service level agreements and key performance indicators.
• Lead and mentor the delivery team, fostering growth through coaching and development opportunities.
• Continuously analyze delivery workflows to identify areas for cost reduction and operational improvements.
• Work closely with teams across customer service, sales, and logistics to maintain smooth delivery coordination.
• Track and communicate delivery performance metrics such as on-time delivery rates, order completion, and customer satisfaction levels.
• Prepare and execute contingency strategies to address delivery interruptions, ensuring continued business operations.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of experience managing logistics or delivery, preferably holding a senior or regional position.
• Demonstrated success in enhancing delivery processes and increasing customer satisfaction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable with dynamic environments and shifting priorities.
• Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics management systems (LMS).
