D'PARK CORPORATION in Indore is actively seeking a Recruitment Specialist with a solid background in HR recruitment to join their team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle independently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process effectively.
• Source candidates using multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, and others.
• Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Handle offer rollouts and maintain follow-ups with candidates.
• Prepare and maintain daily recruitment reports.
• Utilize strong communication and hiring skills to ensure timely recruitment.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have at least two years of core recruitment experience.
• Immediate joining availability is highly preferred.
• Proficient with various recruitment portals and sourcing strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to meet hiring deadlines and close positions swiftly.

• Position is based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
