Role Overview

Bulls Vision Group is hiring an additional Recruitment Specialist to strengthen its HR team in Tirana. This position is suited to someone who enjoys talent acquisition, can independently manage hiring processes end to end, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with room to grow professionally.

Work Arrangement

This is an on-site role based at Delijorgji Complex in Tirana, Albania. The standard working schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Duties

  • Oversee the complete hiring workflow, including publishing vacancies, reviewing CVs, conducting interviews, and following up with applicants.
  • Work with hiring managers to clarify role expectations and shape the profile of the ideal candidate.
  • Create and publish well-written job advertisements across different channels, including job boards, professional networks, and internal communication tools.
  • Find potential candidates through job sites, social networks, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Keep the candidate pool organized and ensure recruitment progress is properly tracked and reported.
  • Support a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the selection process.
  • Assist with onboarding activities so new hires settle in smoothly.
  • Take part in HR projects and initiatives and suggest process improvements where useful.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, either in an agency or internal HR setting.
  • A bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a similar discipline is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with good interpersonal ability.
  • Well organized, attentive to detail, and capable of handling several vacancies at once.
  • Practical working knowledge of Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • A proactive attitude, strong resourcefulness, and willingness to keep developing professionally.
