Role Overview

This part-time remote role as a Recruitment Specialist involves working closely with professional sports organizations to identify, attract, and secure exceptional medical and performance talent. Responsibilities include nurturing business development pipelines, managing comprehensive recruitment processes—from role profile creation to candidate sourcing worldwide, screening applications, and scheduling interviews. Maintaining regular communication with clients to grasp their staffing needs, cultural elements, and performance goals is critical to devise focused recruitment strategies. The position also entails monitoring recruitment metrics and enhancing processes through data and feedback analysis. Teamwork with internal teams and external partners ensures a streamlined and professional experience for candidates and clients alike. Compensation is primarily commission-based on completed searches with significant scope for earnings.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment managing diverse talent pools.
• Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess both technical capabilities and cultural fit.
• Exceptional communication and relationship development abilities.
• Experience in training and onboarding facilitations to support new hire integration.
• Relevant background in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in sports, healthcare, or performance sectors.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (notably Zoho), and analytic reporting software.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Human Resources, Business, Sports Management, or related fields.
• Flexibility to work remotely or onsite in Ireland and engage effectively with international teams across time zones, particularly in North America.
