About the Role

We are seeking a Recruitment Executive to become a vital part of our expanding team. This position focuses on facilitating international job placements by providing expert assistance in CV preparation, job applications, and guidance on skilled worker immigration pathways.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop professional, ATS-compatible resumes tailored to meet international recruitment standards.
• Submit job applications on behalf of clients targeting specific global regions.
• Enhance LinkedIn profiles to attract global employers and recruiters.
• Create customized cover letters that correspond with precise job requirements.
• Engage with clients to understand their role preferences, desired countries, relocation objectives, and career histories.
• Offer strategic advice on skilled worker job markets and application procedures in the UK, Australia, and Europe.
• Support clients throughout all stages of the job application lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient in English communication and writing, both verbal and written.
• Experience crafting professional CVs, tailored cover letters, and optimizing LinkedIn profiles.
• Substantial knowledge of international job portals, recruitment operations, and skilled worker visa processes for the UK, Australia, and European countries.
• Good understanding of immigration policies and international employment criteria.
• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong organizational and client management skills.
• Capable of working autonomously while managing multiple client engagements and meeting deadlines reliably.

Work Details

• Position Type: Full-time, remote opportunity.
• Working Hours: From 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST.
• Annual Salary Range: ₹180,000 to ₹240,000.
