Key responsibilities
In this role, you will oversee the full recruitment cycle, from attracting candidates to securing successful placements. You will also nurture client relationships and help drive business growth across a variety of sectors, covering both permanent and temporary hiring needs.
- Find and engage suitable candidates through professional networks, job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, and the internal database
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer handling, and placement
- Develop strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Maintain clear, professional communication to deliver a positive candidate journey
- Carry out onboarding tasks, compliance checks, reference checks, and document handling when required
- Create new ways to attract candidates and strengthen access to top talent
- Build productive relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Understand client hiring requirements and propose tailored recruitment solutions
- Manage several vacancies and projects at the same time
- Provide labour market insight, salary comparisons, and hiring advice
- Deliver consistent service levels while working toward targets and objectives
- Attend client meetings online and in person as needed
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and proactive outreach
- Grow long-term client accounts and identify opportunities to expand them
- Present the company’s services to clients through meetings and presentations
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the business
Candidate profile
- Prior experience in recruitment or sales is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable building relationships and working in a client-facing environment
- Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude
- Highly target-oriented with a drive to exceed goals
- Well organised with solid time-management abilities
- Able to work independently while remaining a positive team player
