Role overview
This opportunity is for a Recruitment Consultant Intern based in Pune. The role supports hiring operations across the recruitment cycle, from understanding role needs to helping with onboarding coordination.
What you will do
- Interpret hiring needs and team expectations for open positions.
- Find potential candidates using a mix of sourcing channels.
- Review profiles and shortlist candidates based on fit.
- Arrange interviews and assist with the selection process.
- Keep in touch with candidates and internal stakeholders during recruitment.
- Support offer-related coordination and onboarding tasks.
