Role Overview

This role is a comprehensive recruitment consultant position encompassing business development, executive search, and client relationship management.

• Grow and manage your own client portfolio throughout Ireland and Europe
• Establish enduring partnerships with senior business and hiring professionals
• Oversee recruitment projects from initial acquisition to final candidate placement
• Source, engage, and evaluate top-tier candidates across international markets
• Deliver strategic recruitment counsel to clients
• Handle multiple recruitment engagements in a dynamic commercial setting

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in recruitment, executive search, or B2B business development roles
• Possession of a master's degree from a business school or a similar credential
• A commercially-driven approach paired with enthusiasm for business growth
• Strong communication and networking capabilities
• Proactive, well-organized, and focused on achieving outcomes
