Role overview
Reed is hiring an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join its Liverpool City Centre team. This position offers a base salary of £27,500 to £30,000 plus uncapped commission. The role sits within either the Accountancy (Commerce & Industry) specialism or the Marketing specialism, and suits someone who wants to grow a desk, develop client relationships, and build a strong career in recruitment.
The job is based in Liverpool, England, United Kingdom and follows a hybrid working pattern. During the training period, you will work in the office five days a week; after that, the arrangement changes to one or two days working from home. A driving licence is required because client visits will be carried out across the patch.
What you will do
- Grow and manage your own specialist recruitment desk.
- Develop strong connections with both new and existing clients in the Liverpool area.
- Create new business through phone calls, face-to-face meetings, and networking activity.
- Source, assess, interview, and place strong candidates into suitable roles.
- Share market knowledge and recruitment guidance with clients and candidates.
