Role Overview

Future Talent Arabia is a specialist executive search boutique headquartered in Dubai. The firm focuses on placing leadership and niche talent across Energy, Infrastructure, Technology, Finance, and emerging sectors throughout the GCC. They are looking for an experienced recruiter to work from their Al Barsha office in Dubai and support a growing portfolio of search assignments across different industries.

What the Role Involves

• Own recruitment assignments end to end for mid- to senior-level positions.
• Interpret client requirements, source suitable candidates proactively, manage candidates through the hiring process, and deliver successful placements.
• Support business growth by helping win new mandates and by developing strong client partnerships across the GCC.
• Share market intelligence on hiring patterns, compensation levels, and local talent requirements such as Saudization and Emiratisation.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant brings at least 4 years of recruitment experience and has a solid record in executive search or specialist hiring. Familiarity with the GCC or wider Middle East market is considered an advantage. The role calls for strong sourcing ability, commercial awareness, and the confidence to build lasting client relationships. Fluency in English is required, either as a native speaker or at a native-like level.
