Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our expanding US team headquartered in Austin, Texas. This role involves comprehensive end-to-end recruitment responsibilities, collaborating closely with project and business leaders to attract, evaluate, and hire exceptional talent within the US operations. The incumbent will play a crucial role in fostering Martinus's culture and capability within the American rail sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment process for various positions encompassing engineering, construction, project management, and corporate roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to discern workforce requirements and craft targeted sourcing strategies.
- Establish and sustain a robust talent pipeline for rail and infrastructure professionals across the United States.
- Create and manage job postings on pertinent platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry-specific job boards.
- Review applications, conduct candidate interviews, and coordinate assessments.
- Handle offer processes, reference verifications, and pre-employment formalities.
- Build and nurture connections with universities, industry associations, and recruitment agencies.
- Support workforce planning initiatives aligned with organizational growth in the US.
- Engage in employer branding activities to position Martinus as a preferred employer within the US rail industry.
- Maintain detailed candidate records and produce frequent recruitment activity reports.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of three years’ recruitment experience, ideally within construction, infrastructure, engineering, or similar sectors.
- Demonstrated capability to manage both high-volume and specialized hiring requirements effectively.
- Proficient sourcing skills, including familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent acquisition tools.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, establishing rapport quickly and genuinely.
- Self-motivated individual who excels in dynamic, fast-paced growth environments.
- Comfortable navigating uncertainties and adaptability during the establishment and scaling of US operations.
- Experienced in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment data analysis.
