Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a professional onsite candidate experience, including greeting visitors and facilitating smooth interview days.
  • Maintain proactive communication with candidates throughout their recruitment journey, clarifying next steps.
  • Update and manage the applicant tracking system to accurately reflect candidate progress and notes.
  • Oversee the daily office environment by maintaining supplies, organization, and a hospitable atmosphere.
  • Plan and execute in-office events such as team lunches, happy hours, and other activities to enhance employee engagement.
  • Coordinate logistics for visitors, candidates, and corporate events.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding by preparing materials, scheduling, and workspace arrangements, and collaborating with People Operations and hiring managers to ensure a seamless process.
