Position Overview

We are seeking Recruiting Specialists to join a talented team supporting full-cycle recruitment for federal government clients. This role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers and candidates to source, interview, and onboard highly qualified talent using innovative and data-driven recruiting methods.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems like Workday, social media platforms, and advanced Boolean search techniques to identify both active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines tailored to client needs.
• Develop effective partnerships with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring requirements and guide selection decisions.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and maintain integrity throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years experience in talent acquisition with full lifecycle recruiting expertise, particularly supporting federal government clients.
• Proficient user of Workday ATS and skilled in social recruiting strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities to foster partnerships with hiring managers and organizational leaders.
