Role overview
At LÉGÈRE HOTEL GROUP in Wiesbaden, you will take on a recruiting position on a parental-leave cover basis and help shape the future of the company’s teams. The brand stands for urban living, contemporary design, and a fresh approach to hospitality across Germany and Luxembourg.
Job details
Location: Wiesbaden, Hesse, Germany. Start date: by arrangement. Scope: full-time or part-time. This position is offered as a temporary replacement for parental leave.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete hiring cycle, from publishing the vacancy to final placement.
- Proactively approach and attract specialists as well as managers.
- Organize and conduct interviews and selection discussions.
- Maintain and further develop the employer brand.
- Work closely with hotel locations and company leadership.
- Use digital platforms and social media to support modern recruitment efforts.
Candidate profile
You should combine strong communication skills with structure, confidence, and an ability to align personality with brand identity while keeping the company’s values in focus. The role suits someone who enjoys working with people and is enthusiastic about hospitality.
Requirements
- Completed training or a degree in human resources, hospitality, or business administration.
- Solid recruiting experience, ideally within hospitality or a service-oriented environment.
- Confident communication, strong organizational abilities, and a professional presence.
- Genuine interest in people and the hotel industry.
- Good command of German and English.
Compensation and benefits
The position comes with a transparent annual gross salary between EUR 48,000 and EUR 54,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
