Receptionist Cum Telecaller

About the Role

MR Associates invites applications for the position of Telecaller cum Recruiter associated with Kotak Life. This role involves engaging with potential candidates through outbound calls, recruiting suitable talent, and assisting throughout the hiring process. Female candidates aged 27 years and above are eligible to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective candidates using designated databases.
• Provide detailed information about job vacancies, company background, and employee benefits.
• Generate interest among candidates and maintain accurate call logs.
• Follow up with candidates about interview schedules and joining procedures.
• Meet daily and monthly telecalling targets consistently.
• Source candidates through job portals, social networks, references, and internal databases.
• Screen resumés and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess fit.
• Arrange interviews with hiring managers and coordinate candidate interactions.
• Maintain detailed recruitment trackers and candidate records.
• Support onboarding activities including document collection.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or local languages.
• Effective interpersonal and persuasion capabilities.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and hiring norms.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications and online job portals is advantageous.
• Ability to perform under pressure and achieve targets.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Educational qualification from higher secondary to postgraduate degree preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills or candidates having between 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, recruitment, HR, or BPO sectors are encouraged to apply.

Additional Information

Job location: Kotak Life, 3A Shakespeare Sarani, Corporate House, 4th Floor, beside A C Market, Kolkata 700071.

Salary will be determined based on company standards and candidate experience, ranging from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 40,000 per month.
