Quantity Surveyor

Role Overview

We are seeking both Junior and Senior Quantity Surveyors to join our team for project-based roles. These positions involve detailed quantity take-offs for tendering, pricing bills and quantities, and evaluating subcontractor claims. Successful candidates will also handle contract administration and manage procurement processes for construction materials and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting detailed quantity take-offs to support tender submissions.
• Pricing bills of quantities accurately for project budgeting.
• Reviewing and assessing subcontractor claims and preparing payment certificates.
• Procurement of construction materials and equipment.
• Identifying, sourcing, and coordinating with new subcontractors and suppliers.
• Managing contract administration including preparing variation and progress claims.
• Performing additional tasks as assigned by management or supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree or diploma in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or related qualifications.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry for junior roles.
• Applicants with eight or more years of experience are preferred for senior or managerial positions.
• Fresh graduates or candidates without relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
• Salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
