LCH Quantity Surveying Pte Ltd is a well-established, independent quantity surveying firm based in Singapore, with roots dating back to 1986. Specializing in traditional quantity surveying, the company caters to projects across residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and infrastructure sectors. Under Managing Director Sr Natalie Yong's guidance, LCH has expanded regionally with offices in South Korea, Timor Leste, and Malaysia, and successfully acquired JIA Quantity Surveyor & Project Managers Pte Ltd in 2021.
Job Role
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), tender documentation, valuation of variations orders (VOs), progress payment assessments, final accounts, participating in consultant and site meetings, preparing cash flow forecasts and financial statements, and handling various contract administration duties.
