Job description

About The Role

We are seeking experienced quantitative professionals to participate in training advanced AI models by evaluating AI-generated quantitative analyses, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing insightful feedback to improve how these systems understand and reason about data, models, and scientific challenges. Candidates from diverse quantitative backgrounds such as data science, astrophysics, economics, biostatistics, or operations research will find their skills relevant.

Some individuals balance this with a full-time job while others focus on it exclusively.

How To Begin

After registering an account, candidates will complete a short assessment that functions as an interview. Passing candidates will then receive confirmation and gain access to paid assignments through our platform.

Opportunities and Benefits

  • Flexibility to choose projects and decide your working schedule.
  • Work remotely from your own computer at home without commuting.
  • Competitive hourly pay rates starting from $50 up to $100 or more, with additional bonuses on selected projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the technical correctness and practical relevance of AI-produced quantitative work including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, scientific reasoning, and data-driven conclusions.
  • Formulate and resolve quantitative challenges used for AI training and evaluation covering forecasting, experimental analysis, optimization, and statistical inference.
  • Produce clear technical documentation and well-written analytical code.
  • Offer valuable feedback that influences future generations of AI models specialized in quantitative reasoning.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in a quantitative role or research setting such as data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, or operations research.
  • Proficient in coding, with the ability to write and review analytical code completely.
  • Experience in statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and experimental design methodologies including A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and time-series forecasting.
  • Fluent English language skills with strong writing proficiency.
  • Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline like Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering; advanced degrees (Master's or PhD) are advantageous.
  • Additional certifications such as Kaggle Competition rankings or machine learning certifications from AWS/GCP or comparable credentials are beneficial.

Additional Information

Payment is processed through PayPal, with no fees required from applicants. PayPal manages currency conversions from USD. Applicants must reside in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand to be eligible. This position is as an independent contractor.
