Quality Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This role focuses on overseeing operational quality, ensuring adherence to company policies, and supporting ongoing initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and assess operational workflows to verify compliance with established quality standards and company protocols.
• Execute quality reviews and internal audits to discover improvement areas.
• Analyze operational results, identify deficiencies in processes, and suggest corrective measures.
• Monitor and document Quality KPIs, preparing regular reports on quality performance.
• Address customer complaints related to service quality by coordinating with relevant departments for resolution.
• Track implementation and efficacy of corrective and preventive actions.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of quality management procedures.
• Maintain accurate quality-related documentation, procedures, and records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum two years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Compliance, or Process Improvement.
• Solid knowledge of Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement techniques.
• Preferred experience in performing internal audits and evaluating operational metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with particular emphasis on Excel.
• Strong analytical abilities, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English languages.
