About the Role
Join ACC New Zealand as a Quality Manager where you will lead independent quality assurance across all delivery phases within an Agile Release Train (ART). Collaborate closely with System Architects, Product Owners, Test Leaders, and DevOps professionals to enhance delivery quality, elevate testing strategies, and support ongoing process improvements. Your role will be key in guiding enterprise SaaS platform quality, including Salesforce and mission-critical business applications.
Responsibilities
- Shape quality strategies and testing capabilities within large-scale technology projects to enable swift delivery of superior products.
- Promote and embed modern quality methodologies throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
- Lead quality assurance across key SaaS solutions and critical business platforms with a focus on continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership in quality assurance and testing within complex technology environments.
- Robust understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing frameworks, and contemporary software development practices.
- Experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Exceptional ability to build trusted partnerships and influence both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Skilled in planning, organization, and championing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track record of fostering innovation and adopting modern working methods.
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical expertise.
- Demonstrated commitment to integrating Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles in system and process design and delivery.
- Must have legal work eligibility in New Zealand.

Additional Information
The salary range offered for this position is NZD 117,787 to NZD 152,430 annually, depending on experience. Our benefits include a competitive superannuation scheme with a 9% employer contribution and optional life and income protection insurance without mandatory employee contributions.
