About the Role
As a Quality Engineer specializing in manual testing, you will ensure that software solutions align with defined requirements, user stories, and expected behaviors. Your responsibilities include designing detailed test cases, executing them precisely to detect discrepancies or defects, and collaborating closely with delivery teams to guarantee each release is stable and user-ready. Your function is critical in sustaining software quality through ongoing validation throughout the development process.

- Work independently and evolve into a Subject Matter Expert in your domain.
- Engage proactively in team discussions and contribute ideas.
- Offer effective solutions to work-related challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand requirements and provide insights on testability and quality.
- Accurately document and track defects, coordinating with developers to ensure timely fixes.
- Assist in refining testing methodologies to improve overall product quality.
- Mentor junior colleagues by sharing expertise and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Clear2Pay platform is essential.
- Familiarity with Fiserv Enterprise Payments Platform, test automation strategies, and payments fundamentals is advantageous.
- In-depth understanding of manual testing methods and techniques.
- Skilled at designing detailed test cases based on user stories and requirements.
- Experience in identifying, documenting, and managing software defects.
- Knowledgeable about software development life cycle and quality assurance best practices.
Additional Details
- Minimum of 3 years experience working with Clear2Pay required.
- This job is located at the Pune office.
- Applicants must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
