Key Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance operations of the quality control laboratory.
• Plan and execute essential analyses related to edible oils and associated by-products within required timelines.
• Handle raw material and finished product approvals, including preparing customer certificates.
• Collaborate closely with the quality department and production teams.
• Maintain adherence to food safety protocols and recognized global analytical standards.
• Develop and enforce quality control procedures.
• Detect and resolve deviations in processes and products.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in analytical or technical chemistry or a comparable discipline.
• Proven experience as a laboratory manager in quality control within the edible oils segment of the food processing industry, ideally in international and cross-functional settings.
• Methodical working style complemented by strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
• Fluency in both German and English languages.
• Strategic mindset with a problem-solving approach to complex challenges.
