About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to join our expanding team at Eight Financial Advice. This role is pivotal in upholding superior standards in adviser quality, compliance adherence, and safeguarding client interests throughout our organization.

This position is ideal for candidates experienced in financial service compliance or quality assurance who thrive in a dynamic environment, valuing precision, organization, and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Examine adviser paperwork, suitability evaluations, and case submissions to verify they conform to both internal quality benchmarks and regulatory mandates.
  • Authenticate adviser licenses and regulatory credentials.
  • Assist with case triage and management utilizing Salesforce and other workflow platforms.
  • Generate and assess quotations related to Life Insurance, Protection, and Long-Term Care products.
  • Detect inconsistencies, absent documentation, or possible compliance concerns.
  • Keep abreast of financial product knowledge, regulatory guidelines, and company procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with advisers and cross-functional teams to foster operational excellence.
