Role Overview
We are seeking experienced professionals specialized in Python and Generative AI to join our team as Technical Architects. This position involves leading the design, development, and deployment of autonomous and semi-autonomous AI systems, including AI agents, multi-agent orchestration, and workflows powered by large language models (LLMs). The role supports hybrid work arrangements based in Mumbai, Bangalore, or Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop agentic AI platforms using both open-source frameworks and cloud provider solutions.
- Build and coordinate multi-agent systems that utilize tool and function calling capabilities.
- Design and implement IT operations automation initiatives employing AI technologies.
- Lead technical reviews and ensure adherence to best practices within AI systems implementation.
- Develop integrations involving REST APIs, microservices, and SQL databases to support AI functionalities.
Requirements and Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python programming is essential.
- Solid understanding of the fundamentals of large language models.
- Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as Microsoft Agent Framework, AutoGen, LangGraph, Google ADK, or cloud AI platforms like Azure AI Foundry or Google Gemini Agent platform.
- Practical experience building multi-agent systems with tool and function calling.
- Knowledge of vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector is advantageous.
- Experience designing and implementing AI-based IT operations automation use cases.
- Understanding of agentic AI implementations including prompt engineering, security guardrails, tracing, and multi-channel processing.
- Technical review expertise and experience in solution design and architecture.
- Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, microservices, and optional knowledge of frontend development, Docker, Kubernetes, and IT operations processes.
