Role Overview
The Purchasing Co-ordinator will play a critical role ensuring all materials and supplies are accurately and timely procured in alignment with company procurement policies. This position supports both residential and commercial projects by managing purchase requests, generating purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring deliveries, and collaborating closely with project managers, operations, warehouse, and commercial departments.
Requirements
- Previous experience within construction, building services, renewable energy, mechanical and electrical sectors, or a similar project-driven field
- Proficient in managing purchase orders, supplier relationships, and delivery monitoring
- Experience coordinating with warehouse, operations, or project teams
- Understanding of approved vendor lists and adherence to procurement compliance standards
