About the Role

  • Proven aptitude in counseling, negotiation, mediation, and contract management.
  • Ability to analyze data and insights to detect trends, risks, and opportunities, influencing decisions at organizational and system levels.
  • Hold a full driver's license as travel is expected.
  • Master's degree coupled with a Post-graduate Diploma in Educational or Clinical Psychology or equivalent.
  • Registered Psychologist in New Zealand under the Health Practitioners Competency Assurance Act with a current practicing certificate.
