About the Role
This position is for an experienced proposal professional who can take ownership of preparing and submitting strong bids for both government and commercial opportunities. The role works across teams to build proposals that are compliant, competitive, and positioned to win, while keeping all submissions on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the full proposal and tender lifecycle from start to finish.
- Bring together technical and commercial inputs from the relevant internal stakeholders.
- Examine RFP and RFQ documents and make sure all proposal content meets the stated requirements.
- Prepare commercial proposal material and contribute to pricing work.
- Organize timelines, supporting documents, and final submission packages.
- Handle client clarification requests and assist with pre-award negotiation discussions.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 7 years of experience in proposal development or bid management.
- Prior exposure to government or defence tenders is an added advantage.
- Well-developed skills in coordination, communication, and stakeholder handling.
