Role Overview
The Property Consultant is responsible for actively negotiating and managing property sales from initial inquiries to final transfer. This includes securing exclusive mandates, marketing properties, updating the CRM system with client interactions, and steering sales negotiations to completion. The role involves cooperation within the sales team to deliver seamless services on exclusive projects, maintaining exemplary professional representation and engaging with current clients to obtain agency agreements for residential sales and lease opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets as outlined by management.
- Manage the entire property sales cycle from instruction to successful transfer.
- Qualify potential leads and maintain accurate data using company CRM software.
- Prepare and handle all necessary sales and lease documentation including agreements and marketing materials.
- Engage in continuous networking and identify new business opportunities by attending exhibitions and staying informed on local and national property market updates and relevant legislation.
- Adhere strictly to Abu Dhabi Municipality and RICS codes of ethics and business standards.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability for all work-related appointments and commitments.
- Deliver work of the highest professional and ethical standards with consistent smart business attire.
- Conduct competitive market research to identify competitor activities and trends.
- Foster strong working relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- Build connections with other professionals to enhance work prospects.
- Lead property presentations and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers.
- Devise innovative marketing strategies collaboratively with the marketing team to generate new business.
- Maintain and update company databases and property portals with client information and viewing details.
- Understand local administrative processes related to property sales and leases, including documentation such as sale agreement addendums, memorandums of understanding, and powers of attorney.
- Stay well-informed about the local property market and regulatory environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- University degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Abu Dhabi real estate market, residential or commercial sectors.
- Possession of a valid UAE driver's license and access to a private vehicle.
- Broker card preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation and closing sales.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Excellent organizational and teamwork abilities.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends to meet client needs.
