Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Property and Fleet Coordinator to manage Respect’s property portfolio, motor vehicle fleet, and related assets such as staff accommodations and offices. This role reports to the Property and Asset Coordinator and entails overseeing daily property coordination, fleet operations, cost control, maintenance, repairs, compliance, and policy adherence.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate activities related to property and fleet assets.
  • Ensure efficient fleet operations, including maintenance scheduling and cost management.
  • Oversee repairs and maintenance of properties and vehicles.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in property management and/or administration of fleet, plant, and assets.
  • Familiarity with tenancy legislation across various Australian states.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Possession or eligibility for an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • National Police Check clearance.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or Property Services, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Knowledge of rural healthcare environments, transport logistics, and community resources.
  • Experience arranging travel logistics, including airport transfers.
  • Background in residential or commercial property management.

Employment Requirements

Applicants must comply with legislative prerequisites for Aged Care Worker Screening to be deemed suitable for employment in the aged care sector.
