The Merchandise function partners with suppliers and store teams on ranging, buying, pricing, and promotional activity to make sure the right products are available in the right places at the right time.
About the Role
As Promotions Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact for handling and resolving issues related to merchandising promotions, pricing, and ticketing. You will work closely with teams across the wider business, including stores, to help maintain accurate promotional offers for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Merchandise and IT teams to investigate and resolve technical and data-related problems.
- Act quickly on urgent incidents, identify root causes, and put corrective actions in place to reduce future impact.
- Create clear written guidance covering pricing, promotions, and ticketing to support store price integrity processes.
- Develop productive working relationships with store and support centre stakeholders while showing strong customer focus and technical confidence.
- Review promotional data and turn findings into useful insights that can guide business decisions.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports that monitor promotion performance, pricing movements, and customer engagement metrics.

About You
To do well in this role, you should ideally bring experience in master data or an analytical position, along with strong systems capability. Practical experience using SAP and Excel is important. You will need excellent attention to detail, a strong interest in numbers, and a logical, critical approach to problem-solving.
You should also be proactive about improving processes, understand retail workflows, communicate clearly, stay organised, and be comfortable engaging with different stakeholders.
