About the opportunity

Role overview
As a Project Management Intern supporting MINI, you will help coordinate business initiatives spanning Sales, Marketing, and Product. The role combines project coordination, launch support, process improvement, stakeholder communication, and administrative tracking.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to business initiatives across multiple functions, including sales, marketing, and product.
- Support the rollout of new editions and work with internal stakeholders to help bring new MINI models to market.
- Assist with digital transformation efforts aimed at improving customer experience and streamlining internal workflows.
- Help manage product portfolio activities so they stay aligned with market movements, customer expectations, and business goals.
- Work with cross-functional teams and outside partners to keep projects moving smoothly from one stage to the next.
- Handle data upkeep, reporting tasks, and day-to-day administrative coordination with a high level of accuracy.
What the internship requires
- Ongoing Bachelor's Degree studies in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a track record of producing precise, high-quality work.
