Project Executive

About the Role

Our client, a reputed multinational corporation, is looking to onboard a Project Executive who will report directly to the Sales Manager. The primary focus of this role is to oversee project documentation, specifications, technical submittals, approvals, and related administrative duties. The ideal candidate is expected to exhibit creativity and collaborate effectively while ensuring flawless document control, compliance, and accuracy throughout project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and manage all project-related documents including specifications, submittals, approvals, and administration.
• Guarantee strict adherence to compliance standards and maintain accuracy in document control during the project's lifespan.
• Work closely with project team members to align and fulfill project deliverables.
• Design and implement streamlined project documentation and administrative procedures.
• Keep comprehensive, accurate, and current records and reports pertaining to projects.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
• Familiarity with project management software tools like MS Project or Asana is required.
