Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team supporting Independent Connection Providers (ICP) and utility infrastructure programmes. This hybrid role is based in London and offers a competitive salary up to 3,750 monthly or 250 daily. It is perfect for professionals experienced in electrical connections, network adoption, and infrastructure project delivery within utilities.
Key Duties
- Maintain comprehensive project trackers, schedules, and delivery records to ensure milestones and site statuses are current and precise.
- Coordinate multiple site activities, monitor deadlines, and identify risks or delays proactively.
- Generate regular project reports, dashboards, and updates for clear programme visibility.
- Keep RAID logs, action trackers, and programme documentation updated and organised.
- Prepare agenda, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to completion.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, ICPs, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Support the tracking of site readiness, ICP-related activities, appointments, and delivery milestones.
- Assist with issue escalation, recovery planning, and initial programme mobilisation tasks.
- Ensure project records and document repositories are accurate, controlled, and audit-ready.
- Perform quality checks and help maintain compliance with programme standards.
Candidate Profile
- Experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO, Project Administrator or in programme support, preferably within utilities, ICP, infrastructure or related sectors.
- Strong familiarity with ICP/electrical connections environments.
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability in managing multiple priorities and maintaining trackers and documentation.
- Effective communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and project management tools.
