About the Role

Classic Signages Pvt. Ltd. in Jaipur is looking for a diligent and proactive Project Coordinator to manage complete project cycles for signage installations. This role demands overseeing project delivery from initiation through to successful completion, maintaining strict timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Track progress meticulously to guarantee all project stages are finalized on schedule.
• Serve as the liaison among clients, vendors, and internal teams, facilitating clear and continuous communication.
• Manage budgets effectively to maintain cost control and financial discipline throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise onsite activities, confirming adherence to design standards, resource readiness, and efficient operations.
• Enforce safety and regulatory compliance rigorously on project sites to uphold a safe working environment.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, approvals, and records, and distribute progress updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee vendor relationships, monitor performance, and ensure quality delivery within deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of one year experience in project coordination or execution, ideally within signage, construction, or allied fields.
• Graduate degree mandatory; B.Tech or MBA (Operations Management) preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office suite and Google Sheets for project tracking and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Flexibility to travel and manage client and vendor interactions.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
