Role Overview

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and tech-savvy Programme Administrator to ensure smooth delivery of our workplace and community education programs. This permanent, full-time role is office-based from Monday to Friday at our Greenlane location and functions as a vital connection between internal teams, external trainers, learners, and clients. Responsibilities include enrolments, programme logistics, learner reporting, and office management, maintaining compliance, quality, and exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks including enrolments, Learner Needs Analysis and Assessment Tool (LNAAT), learner reporting, and graduation coordination.
  • Provide support to Programme Managers and Trainers by tracking learners, managing resources, and handling data.
  • Organise programme documentation, generate reports using Excel, and maintain records via SharePoint.
  • Address queries from learners and trainers promptly and effectively.
  • Oversee office coordination including supplies management, courier services, cleanliness, visitor reception, and general office upkeep.
  • Arrange internal events, meetings, and travel logistics for staff.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum two years of experience in office or education administration roles.
  • Exceptional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) combined with strong IT abilities including AI tools, CRMs, databases, and various online platforms.
  • Ability to adhere to company processes and procedures with critical thinking aptitude.
  • Meticulous attention to detail coupled with strong time management and communication capabilities.
  • Solutions-oriented approach with ability to prioritise tasks and demonstrate initiative.
  • Knowledge of Tertiary Education Organisation (TEO) compliance, NZQA standards, funding mechanisms, or TEC processes is advantageous.
