Job Overview
Seeking an experienced hands-on program manager with a strong track record in steering large-scale technology, data, and AI-driven transformations within the financial services sector. This role demands proactive governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment at senior levels, ensuring change initiatives achieve tangible outcomes. The position involves working four days a week onsite in Dublin City, with flexibility on the selected days.
Key Responsibilities and Experience
- Lead complex, multipronged programmes involving cross-functional teams and multiple external vendors, maintaining clear accountability for governance, risk, dependencies, and successful delivery.
- Manage technology, data, and AI-based projects with a significant emphasis on change management, including designing and delivering training initiatives, communication strategies, and establishing user groups or champion networks to facilitate adoption.
- Demonstrate measurable outcomes in adoption such as enhanced system usage, quicker proficiency among users, and lowered resistance to change.
- Effectively manage diverse and senior stakeholders, including running steering committee meetings, navigating organizational dynamics, and fostering credibility across business and technology leadership.
- Leverage curiosity and hands-on knowledge of emerging technologies, especially AI, integrating AI tools into daily workflows to optimize program delivery, reporting, and communication.

The client is undertaking a multi-year, large-scale transformation aimed at establishing an AI-enabled, cutting-edge operational model in the global asset management industry. Core to this is embedding lasting changes across processes, data management, technology, and operational models.
Work Location: Dublin City, onsite four days weekly with flexibility in scheduling.
