About the Role

We are looking for two passionate and safety-conscious professionals to join the Gold Coast Recreation Precinct team. These roles involve delivering engaging outdoor recreation programs to diverse groups including individuals, schools, community groups, and organizations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Program Leader, you will facilitate a wide range of sports and recreation activities, ensuring safe, inclusive, and excellent experiences for all participants. Your role is crucial in promoting participation, supporting community wellbeing, and helping individuals develop confidence, skills, and social connections through outdoor activities.

You will work within a collaborative team environment, contributing to the ongoing development and enhancement of programs. Additionally, you will implement risk management strategies, uphold workplace health and safety standards, and maintain strong partnerships with clients, educators, group leaders, and community stakeholders.

Additional Responsibilities

You will be expected to provide outstanding customer service, manage program-related administrative tasks, and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
