Job Overview
We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The role involves managing workflow, supervising employees, ensuring equipment safety, and maintaining production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish daily, weekly, and monthly goals and clearly inform the team.
- Coordinate workflow by assigning tasks and setting schedules.
- Monitor and mentor staff to enhance performance.
- Ensure the safe operation of machinery and plan routine maintenance.
- Verify production meets the required specifications.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on production performance and progress.
- Detect operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Additional Information
Working Hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Salary Range: INR 15,000 to 30,000 per month
