Overview

Join Lotte Duty Free Singapore as a Product Support Assistant based at Changi Airport. This role involves managing inventory and supporting retail operations across multiple terminals in a dynamic airport environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming shipments by receiving deliveries, labeling products, picking and packing items, and transferring stock between stores and terminals.
• Perform regular stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy, ensuring all documentation is completed correctly.
• Restock store displays and uphold visual merchandising standards; assist with fulfilling online orders such as those for IShop Changi.
• Inspect goods for any defects and manage the return or replacement procedures accordingly.
• Ensure timely delivery of duty-free products to departure gates prior to flight closures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in storerooms and work areas, adhering to safety regulations.
• Undertake various ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors or retail managers.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: GCE 'N' or 'O' Level.
• Capacity to work rotating shifts within the Changi Airport setting.
• Available to commit to five days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
• Physically capable and strong enough to handle heavy loads and carton boxes.
• Well-organized and self-driven with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Familiarity with customs regulations and compliance related to liquor and tobacco is advantageous.
