Product Owner

Role Overview

The Product Owner will oversee and guide the development of essential ICT systems and applications that support the Family Safety Victoria (FSV) operational services and business requirements. Key systems involved include the Orange Door Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, the Central Information Point, and related platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the continuous development, improvement, and upkeep of FSV's primary ICT systems and platforms by collaborating with business and development stakeholders to ensure all solutions align with the product vision and program objectives.
• Facilitate the creation, documentation, and agreement of business requirements consistent with project strategies, goals, and desired outcomes.
• Manage prioritization, alignment, and necessary adjustments of objectives throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining the Product Backlog and related artifacts, including a broad release plan.

Additional Information and Application Process
