Role Overview

Midstream is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to shape how its product and technology are positioned and understood in the market.

This position works closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to turn Midstream’s platform and AI capabilities into clear, compelling stories for healthcare finance and operations leaders. You will help define the ideal customer profile, refine product positioning, and develop messaging that makes it easy for both internal teams and external audiences to understand the value of Midstream in reducing administrative burden and improving financial operations.

You will also be responsible for helping the market understand how agentic AI fits into healthcare workflows, translating advanced technology into practical operational and financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Product, Sales, and leadership to identify the ideal customer profile, buyer personas, and the most important financial and operational challenges Midstream addresses.
  • Own the company’s product positioning, messaging, and core value proposition, along with the differentiation story.
  • Develop sales support assets such as product one-pagers, solution briefs, messaging guides, and competitive intelligence materials.
  • Create narratives and visual materials that explain how Midstream’s platform and AI agents function within financial and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing on product launches, ensuring the messaging is clear, sales teams are prepared, and customer-facing content is ready.

What We’re Looking For

You should be able to turn sophisticated technology into clear stories that connect with enterprise buyers. The ideal candidate has experience building B2B product marketing programs, especially positioning, messaging, and sales enablement, in close partnership with Product and Sales teams.

You should also be comfortable working with technical offerings such as AI-driven systems, automation tools, or products with complex workflows. A strong candidate is hands-on, able to create polished materials, and also contribute to the broader go-to-market strategy.
