Role Overview

The company is seeking a skilled Product Manager to take ownership of and guide the ServiceNow Low Code Application Engine platform. This role is central to product leadership, demand and vendor management, stakeholder collaboration, and delivery of business solutions leveraging ServiceNow's low-code technology. The successful candidate will liaise regularly with business and IT teams to ensure platform alignment with evolving requirements and compliance with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ServiceNow Low Code Application Engine platform roadmap, manage the backlog, and prioritize delivery tasks.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, prioritize features, and translate demands into effective platform solutions.
• Champion adoption of workflow automation and low-code applications organization-wide.
• Oversee external vendors and delivery partners to guarantee quality and performance.
• Serve as the main point of contact and subject matter expert for the Low Code Application Engine platform.
• Ensure all platform solutions meet DHL’s architecture, security, and development standards.
• Support governance activities including demand management, adherence to platform standards, and release processes.
• Track and report on platform performance, user adoption, and realization of business value.
• Promote best practices, encourage reusability, and drive continuous platform enhancement.
• Provide regular status updates on roadmap progress, delivery risks, and key projects.
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and maturity of the ServiceNow Low Code Application Engine capabilities.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 5 years experience with the ServiceNow platform in roles such as product owner, application or platform manager, or service delivery.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Application Engine, App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and principles of low-code app development.
• Proven skills in stakeholder relationship management and prioritizing requirements effectively.
• Experience handling vendor and delivery partner management.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing and customizing solutions on ServiceNow, especially with Application Engine and App Engine Studio.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications.
• Background in logistics, supply chain, or service management sectors.
• Familiarity with logistics processes, shipping lifecycle, exception handling, customer service, and operational issue resolution.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience operating within a global enterprise environment.
