Product Manager (m/w/d)

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the advancement of our SaaS platform and app for real estate management in Germany. Based in Berlin, you will collaborate closely with our teams in Germany and Paris, acting as the primary point of contact for the German market.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product vision and strategy for Germany using data, market insights, and competitor analysis.
• Manage and prioritize the product roadmap in close cooperation with German teams.
• Implement roadmap initiatives together with technology, design, Generative AI, and operations teams.
• Create and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with clear rationale, context, and KPI objectives.
• Oversee release coordination, communication, and alignment with relevant departments.
• Evaluate product success, report outcomes, and derive improvements.

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in German and French at a C2 level is mandatory.
• Resident of Berlin, comfortable working regularly from the office with team members.
• Between 1 and 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in startup environments.
• Proficient use of AI tools for analysis, automation, and prototyping within daily product management tasks.
• Adept at thriving in fast-paced, dynamic settings, driving initiatives independently.
• Highly organized with excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Additional Information

• Employment type is full-time and permanent.
• Onsite presence is required, with a minimum of three days in the Berlin office weekly.
• Occasional travel to Paris to engage with product and tech teams.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual gross salary range between €55,000 and €75,000, dependent on experience.
