Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research and analyze competitors to uncover trends and market opportunities.
• Work closely with product managers to collect and interpret customer feedback to help refine product offerings.
• Assist in managing product launch processes, including preparing necessary documentation and promotional communication materials.
• Engage with cross-functional teams by contributing to discussions related to product strategy and development.
• Coordinate with design and technical teams to clearly convey product requirements and specifications.
• Help create comprehensive product documentation, training content, and user manuals.
• Support operational tasks such as setting up hardware and software for clients to ensure proper deployment.
• Troubleshoot client issues to maintain optimal product performance and functionality.
• Participate in testing new product features and enhancements to ensure quality and reliability.
