Responsibilities

• Rapidly design, build, and launch user-facing MVPs using iterative methods to test and validate product ideas and their value to users.
• Create applications and product experiences that enable accessible and useful AI-driven tools for end users.
• Develop integrations connecting external data sources such as health platforms, electronic health records, and biological databases.
• Translate complex and unpredictable AI outputs into clear, intuitive, and actionable user interfaces.
• Prototype new concepts, engage users to test hypotheses, and continuously improve solutions from feedback.
• Own the application development lifecycle, allowing core technical teams to focus on AI capabilities.
• Participate across all stages of product development, from initial concept and architecture through deployment and ongoing enhancement.
• Manage technical uncertainties by constructing practical solutions amid evolving technologies and incomplete requirements.
• Collaborate with technical and product stakeholders to identify opportunities and craft impactful user experiences.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience delivering products actively used by customers or end users.
• Robust full-stack engineering skills, with emphasis on frontend development and strong user experience focus.
• Capability to quickly prototype, iterate, and deploy production-ready applications.
• Proficiency integrating with challenging, inconsistent, or undocumented APIs and external data sources.
• Strong product intuition with a dedication to addressing user needs rather than solely technical challenges.
• Comfort in ambiguous, fast-changing environments requiring frequent iterations.
• Ability to simplify complex technical ideas into intuitive user interfaces.
• Experience building interfaces for AI or machine learning systems is advantageous.
• Knowledge of healthcare APIs, health platforms, fitness trackers, or personal analytics tools is a plus.
• Interest in biology, health tech, AI, or cutting-edge scientific applications is beneficial.
