Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Producer and Senior Product Development Manager in overseeing multiple game projects through all stages including concept, development, launch, and ongoing live service maintenance.
• Serve as the primary coordinator and problem solver for our external development partners, supporting their efforts in game production, marketing, and promotional activities while addressing daily creative and product challenges.
• Act as a dependable brand ambassador maintaining strong, clear communication channels with partners and providing consistent, insightful feedback.
• Identify potential risks in product development and propose solutions to ensure alignment with strategic goals and product quality.
• Collaborate with diverse internal and external teams to maintain brand integrity, guide project progression, and support post-launch operations.
• Engage deeply with games during development phases by playing and analyzing them to assess their appeal and readiness for the market.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Extensive experience in AAA game development or publishing within PC, Console, or Mobile platforms at top-tier game studios.
• Proficiency across multiple disciplines including production, design, technology, sales, marketing, public relations, social media, analytics, monetization, and live service management.
• Committed to continuous improvement, seeking innovative approaches to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Strong interpersonal skills, fostering productive relationships internally and with external partners through clear and frequent communication.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in development, publishing, or partnership management roles at recognized leading game companies.
• Experience shipping at least one AAA title for mobile or console platforms, with a preference for candidates with involvement in post-launch live service operations.

The salary range for this position based in Burbank, CA is $87,100 to $116,800 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, relevant knowledge, skills, experience, internal equity, and may include bonuses or long-term incentives alongside extensive medical and financial benefits.
