About the Role
Creataly is seeking a talented Product Designer to join our founding team, shaping the entire user experience of an innovative platform designed for the creator economy. This platform integrates talent agencies, managers, brands, and creators to manage rosters, deals, campaigns, scheduling, payments, and analytics—all powered by an AI assistant named Ally.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design, crafting UI/UX for six main modules: Roster, Deals, Campaigns, Scheduler, Pay, and Insights, along with the AI assistant integration.
- Develop a unique and scalable design system from the ground up that represents our brand identity, avoiding generic SaaS styles.
- Engage directly with partner agencies and creator managers for user research, feedback collection, and rapid iteration on designs.
- Design AI-native interactions focusing on clarity and trust for complex workflows, including deal-making, scheduling, and payments.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure seamless consistency between the product experience and brand presence.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated history of designing B2B SaaS or fintech interfaces, preferably within early-stage startup environments.
- Strong portfolio reflecting both UI craftsmanship and UX rationale, highlighting decision-making processes.
- Comfortable working independently or with minimal design team support.
- Proficient in modern design and prototyping applications such as Figma or similar tools.
- A keen interest in the creator economy and fintech sectors with enthusiasm for a founding team role.
Additional Details
Location: Remote or hybrid, with preference for US-based candidates only (United States or United Kingdom residency required).
Compensation: Founding team members receive a mix of equity and salary, with salary commencing post-funding round closure. This role is high-risk/high-reward, offering significant equity as recognition for early commitment.
